Pickle Wrap Dip Recipe

If you are ever looking for the perfect quick and easy appetizer or snack, pickle wrap dip is the way to go. It is much quicker than making the regular pickle wraps and is easier to serve and eat. Pickle wrap dip one of my personal favorites and is always a hit at any event or gathering. The recipe only calls for four ingredients and around 15-20 minutes of your time. Its cheap, its quick and its delicious! Here you can find all the steps and ingredients needed to make pickle wrap dip yourself.

Ingredients:

· 16 oz. of cream cheese

· 2 cups of diced dill pickles

· 2 cups of chopped beef

· 1 package of crackers

The first step in making this recipe is gather all of your ingredients. Like I listed above, you will need 16 oz. or two blocks of cream cheese, 2 cups of diced dill pickles, 2 cups of chopped beef and one package of crackers for dipping. This recipe will serve around 10-15 people, but you can alter the serving size as preferred. Once you have all your ingredients, you will need a bowl, a rubber spatula or spoon to mix with, and a knife and cutting board or a manual food chopper.

Once all ingredients and tools are gathered, you can start the process of making the dip. First, you will need to thaw your blocks of cream cheese. You can do this by putting the unwrapped blocks on a plate and microwaving in 10 second intervals until thawed or letting them sit out beforehand. Once your cream cheese blocks are thawed you can put the blocks into a medium mixing bowl and mix until smooth.

Next, you will need to drain and dry off around 10-12 mini pickles. You should keep the pickle juice you drain for a step later on in the recipe! Once dried you will need to dice your pickles. You can do this by placing your pickles on a cutting board and dicing them with a knife. This method does take a little bit longer so if you are able to use a manual food chopper, I recommend one of those. You should dice your pickles to your liking and then measure around 2 cups of diced pickle. Once measured, you will combine the pickles with the cream cheese and mix until fully combined.

The third step in making pickle wrap dip is chopping the beef. You will need around 3-4 packages of Budding beef depending on personal preference. Again, you can hand chop the beef with a cutting board and knife or use a manual food chopper. Chop your beef to preferred size and then measure out around 2 cups of chopped beef. Once measured, combine with your cream cheese, and pickle mix and stir until fully combined.

The final steps of this quick and easy recipe are very simple! If you think your dip is too thick, you can add the pickle juice you drained from your pickles earlier in the recipe to your cream cheese, pickle, and beef mixture until it is at your preferred consistency. Once you have perfected your dip, you can chill it in the refrigerator for around 30 minutes. This is not a necessary step but may be preferred. Now that the dip is complete, you can serve it with crackers and enjoy or cover and refrigerate it for later!
